Love GOD with your 'ALL' and Love your NEIGHBOUR as YOURSELF ... Your Love for God should propel you to Love people. Relationship gives me fulfilment; a vertical relationship with my Maker (GOD) and a horizontal relationship with my fellow human being. LOVE is the fulcrum to having a healthy and balanced (⚖️) relationship. Therefore, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. Also, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets." (see: Galatians 5:13-15, 1John 4:7-12).

Leadership is about relationships. Leaders must connect with people.
I will initiate and invest in solid relationships.
Every day I make the conscious effort to deposit goodwill into my relationships with others.
Express love and appreciation often.

‭Hebrews 2:1-4 NIV‬ [1] We must pay the most careful attention, therefore, to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away.
